Reaching Higher for Organizations (RH360) is a person-centered leadership development approach for organizations to invest in the well-being of their people. Through RH360 and the RH4Pros course, your employees will discover the power of adopting a growth mindset personally and professionally.

STAN BRISH is an entrepreneur and a semi-retired design-build general contractor who has successfully transitioned his career to a commercial and industrial real estate developer. Stan also serves as a Reaching Higher keynote speaker and Instructor while also being a high school football coach. Stan is passionate about leadership development, attributing his success as an entrepreneur to his personal growth through leadership development. Stan believes Reaching Higher is the perfect platform for creating future leaders in every walk of life.

DR. BART REED is a global leadership and organizational transformation expert with more than two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations evolve and thrive. He is an executive coach, keynote speaker and corporate consultant with expertise in for-profit and nonprofit executive leadership, organizational development, cultural transformation and change management. CHUCK WISNER is a highly sought-after thinker, coach, and teacher in the areas of organizational strategy, human dynamics and leadership communication excellence. Meet Our RH360 Advisors

The RH360 Advisors also serve as workshop facilitators, working as a team with our RH360 coaches.

DR. DAVID BAZZETTA is the director of stewardship and integration and board member at Reaching Higher. For the last 18 years Dr. Bazzetta has managed process improvement initiatives as a business advisor at RGP for Fortune 50 companies in the United States, Mexico and Europe. David’s professional experience also includes 21 years as a finance executive at Chrysler Corporation and DaimlerChrysler. David has a doctor of management in executive leadership (DMEL) degree. Dr. Bazzetta is an adjunct professor at Northwood University, teaching “Ethical Leadership and Moral Development.” David is president of BlackTree Advisors, LLC. and partner and finance director at RYB Pilates, LLC.

TROY WEIDMAN is the director of strategy for Reaching Higher. He also serves as a member of the Reaching Higher 360 team, contributing in the areas of vision casting, strategic planning and maximizing team performance. Troy holds an MBA from Wayne State University and is a passionate student of human and team performance. Troy attributes his passion for leadership to his diverse background as a high school basketball coach, entrepreneur and experience from the corporate sector in business development and leadership. 

SUSIE DAHLMANN is the founder of Reaching Higher and empowers others to awaken to the fullest expression of themselves. For 25 years, Susie has helped bring personal leadership training to youth and adults throughout the state. Before founding Reaching Higher, Susie was a school teacher. A horrific car accident helped her realize her true calling, and helped her understand through leadership training, anything is possible. Susie also has served as a personal life coach. Her leadership and transformational skills will help others believe and achieve their best lives.
