Reaching Higher instructors play a critical role in the success of our program. These carefully screened instructors take a three-day certification course to effectively lead and inspire our students week after week.
During the certification course, instructor candidates will discover:
- How to use their passion to inspire students and adults taking the Reaching Higher course.
- How the nine-module Reaching Higher curriculum is designed for proven results.
- How to draw out reluctant participants.
- How being a Reaching Higher instructor transforms the lives of students.
